This blog follows our rehab project for the White City Overlook Mansion in Hamilton/Trenton NJ. Once completed, this will be our residence. We will be utilizing a 203K loan process to fund the renovations on this unique property.
If anyone has photos, articles, etc. on the property (any time period) we would love to get copies to add to our history file on the house!

Thanks Faith! We appreciate it! We have been at this since January, well, we first saw the house in August, so it's been a long time for us to be working towards a goal, but we can't wait for it to be done and we're really excited to get settled and get the other house sold, we're ready to move on to enjoying the house instead of stressing and working on it!!
