This blog follows our rehab project for the White City Overlook Mansion in Hamilton/Trenton NJ. Once completed, this will be our residence. We will be utilizing a 203K loan process to fund the renovations on this unique property.
If anyone has photos, articles, etc. on the property (any time period) we would love to get copies to add to our history file on the house!

Entry Foyer-Jan 2010
This is the entry foyer, this room will just get repaired and a new coat of paint.
This looks at the front door from the entry foyer. there are closets on either side of the door for all my coats!
