This blog follows our rehab project for the White City Overlook Mansion in Hamilton/Trenton NJ. Once completed, this will be our residence. We will be utilizing a 203K loan process to fund the renovations on this unique property.
If anyone has photos, articles, etc. on the property (any time period) we would love to get copies to add to our history file on the house!

Happy 200th birthday white city mansion! Here’s a few recent pics!
The White City mansion is near & dear to my heart. I lived on Overlook Ave until I got married. I remember going to the mansion (which we then called Speciale's Mansion) to trick or treat. It was awesome! We played on the steps down the lake as a child. I often read about the White City Amusement Park and it's history.
