This blog follows our rehab project for the White City Overlook Mansion in Hamilton/Trenton NJ. Once completed, this will be our residence. We will be utilizing a 203K loan process to fund the renovations on this unique property.
If anyone has photos, articles, etc. on the property (any time period) we would love to get copies to add to our history file on the house!

8/17. Yard work begins!
Our awesome lawn guy Jim has started clearing out brush. What a job!!! Here's a before an after :-).
