This blog follows our rehab project for the White City Overlook Mansion in Hamilton/Trenton NJ. Once completed, this will be our residence. We will be utilizing a 203K loan process to fund the renovations on this unique property.
If anyone has photos, articles, etc. on the property (any time period) we would love to get copies to add to our history file on the house!

Gotta love surprises 3/19/10
Drum roll please....here's the sunroom that they finished uncovering yesterday. Sorry about the creepy pic, we were down there at like 8:30 so you're seeing it lit by our wonderful streetlight in the back yard!
