This blog follows our rehab project for the White City Overlook Mansion in Hamilton/Trenton NJ. Once completed, this will be our residence. We will be utilizing a 203K loan process to fund the renovations on this unique property.
If anyone has photos, articles, etc. on the property (any time period) we would love to get copies to add to our history file on the house!

3/30 update!
Wowee those sheetrock guys are good!! They are really moving along...except where I stuck my fingers in the wet spacklers in the 3rd floor bath. Oops!!! Sorry!!
