This blog follows our rehab project for the White City Overlook Mansion in Hamilton/Trenton NJ. Once completed, this will be our residence. We will be utilizing a 203K loan process to fund the renovations on this unique property.
If anyone has photos, articles, etc. on the property (any time period) we would love to get copies to add to our history file on the house!

Spring Lake Photos
These photos show Spring Lake back in the days of White City Amusement Park. The flumes came down the bluffs right into the lake, there are still remnants of the concrete flumes if you walk the trail around the lake and look up the bluffs.
