This is the 3rd floor bath which just needs some attention, not a complete redo.
The back bedroom on this floor has the most damage due to the leaking roof. this room will be redone and turn into the utility room with washer/dryer, etc. Its pretty bad today.
The third floor used to be an apartment that was rented out, thus the reason for the staircase over the backrooms that have since collapsed. This will now be incorporated back into the main house.
